Eligibility & Application

1.1 Status: You must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited school, college, or university. You must provide proof of enrollment when requested.

1.2 Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful information during the signup process, including your full name, school / college / university email, and social media handles.

Nature of Relationship

2.1 Non-Employment: You understand that you are an Independent, not an employee, agent, or partner of JisuLife Pakistan.

2.2 No Benefits: You are not entitled to health insurance, vacation pay, or any other employee benefits.

2.3 Taxes: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on commissions earned through the program.

Ethical Conduct & Brand Representation

3.1  Professionalism: You agree to represent JisuLife Pakistan in a positive, professional, and respectful manner.
3.2 Prohibited Content: You must not promote JisuLife Pakistan alongside content that is:

• Illegal, offensive, or discriminatory.
• Promoting excessive alcohol consumption, tobacco, or illegal drugs.
• Infringing on the intellectual property of others.

3.3 No Spam: You are strictly prohibited from & spamming (mass-sending unsolicited links) via email, university forums, or social media comments.

Affiliate Links & Commission

4.1 Tracking: Commissions are only tracked via your unique affiliate link or discount code. If a customer does not use your link/code, we cannot manually attribute the sale to you.

4.2 Qualified Sales: A Qualified Sale is a purchase made by a new customer that is not returned, cancelled, or refunded within [30] days.

4.3 Payout Schedule: Payouts will be made via Easy Paisa / Bank Transfer on the 15th of every month, provided your balance meets the minimum threshold of [Rs. 2,000].

4.4 Cookie Duration: Our tracking cookies last for [e.g., 30 days]. If a user clicks your link and buys within that window, you receive credit.

Mandatory Disclosures (Compliance)

5.1 Transparency: Per consumer protection laws, you must clearly disclose your relationship with JisuLife Pakistan.
5.2 Hashtags: You must include visible tags such as #ad, #sponsored, or #jisulifepakistan on all social media posts promoting our products.

Intellectual Property (IP)

6.1 Limited License: JisuLife Pakistan grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our logos and brand assets solely for the purpose of this program.
6.2 Content Rights: By posting content promoting JisuLife Pakistan, you grant the company a perpetual, royalty-free license to repost, edit, and use that content (e.g., photos or videos) for marketing purposes on our official channels.

Termination

7.1 Termination at Will: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, via written notice (email).
7.2 Breach of Terms: Any violation of the Conduct or Compliance clauses will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 JisuLife Pakistan is not liable for any indirect or accidental damages (such as loss of revenue) arising from your participation in the program or any technical glitches with the tracking links.

Nature of Terms & Program Discretion

9.1 Non-Negotiable Terms: These Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable and must be accepted in their entirety to participate in the Student Ambassador Program.
9.2 Right to Modify: JisuLife Pakistan reserves the right to amend, update, or change any part of these terms, including commission structures and eligibility criteria, at any time without prio notice.
9.3 Not a Formal Contract: Participation in this program does not constitute a formal employment contract or a partnership agreement. These are strictly the terms and conditions governing the voluntary participation in the JisuLife Pakistan Student Ambassador Program, and the company maintains full discretion over the program’s operations.

9.4 Non-Disclosure: You may receive access to non-public information regarding JisuLife Pakistan’s upcoming products, marketing campaigns, or sales figures. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the company.
