1. General policy and replacements and exchange
At JisuLife Pakistan, we strive for excellence in every product. While we do not offer cash refunds on orders, we maintain a comprehensive Nationwide Replacement Policy for all valid warranty claims or exchange. If your product is eligible for coverage, we will ensure it is replaced with a functioning unit. For specific eligibility and coverage details, please refer to our  Warranty Policy.

2. Replacement turnaround times
We are committed to resolving faulty product issues as swiftly as possible based on your location:

For customers in Karachi: We offer replacement (within 24–48 business hours.) subject to receiving warranty claim please visit our Warranty Policy . or exchange product due to change of mind . To qualify, please contact us during business hours with clear photographic or video evidence. Once our team has inspected and verified the claim, a replacement will be issued immediately

For customers outside Karachi: The same replacement standards apply; however, please allow 48 business hours ( after receiving the faulty fan ) for inspection process to be completed. For further instructions on how to initiate a claim, please visit our Warranty Policy .

3. Change of mind and processing fees
If you request a refund due to a change of mind after an order has been placed but not yet dispatched, JisuLife Pakistan will apply a 5% processing fee. This fee covers the administrative and transaction costs associated with payments made via debit cards, credit cards,   or online payment gateways.

4. Exchange of Product can be applied within 7 days of delivery , no exchange is applicable if Product box seal is broken or Box is opens , Buyer is will pay delivery charges of both side. For further please contact us via whatsapp or call 0315-2000939 .

5. Wrong Product Delivery
If an incorrect model is delivered, Jisulife will either send the correct item or issue a refund within three business days. The returned product must be unused, sealed, and accompanied by all original items, including the invoice, accessories, and packaging , Jisulife will pay delivery charges of both side.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy and all business operations of JisuLife Pakistan (a registered Partnership) are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh. Our operations strictly adhere to the Consumer Protection Act and the Partnership Act, 1932, alongside all relevant provincial statutes and legal accords applicable to companies operating within the Sindh region.
