Shipping

Is free shipping on JISULIFE products?

Yes, we provide free shipping on JISULIFE products if you purchase on JISULIFE PAKISTAN Official Store.

How long will it take to get my Parcel?

Standard shipping usually takes from 2 to 7 working days. (The exact time depends on the City and Area).

How can I track my order?

We will provide you tracking information after shipping via WhatsApp.

Orders and Retruns

Is there a warranty on my product?

Yes, JISULIFE offers a 10-month warranty. It does not cover burning, misuse, overcharging, alterations, or if the product is sold or transferred.

Is there a return policy on my product?

Yes, we have a 30-day return policy for any reason, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We support Credit/Debit Сard, you can use All Banks Master and Visa card. If you have questions about payment, please send an email to order@jisulife.com.pk for consulting.

How can I cancel my order or change the color ?

Please Contact +923152000940 as soon as possible if you wish to change color or cancel your order. We will do our best to honor your request. However, if your parcel has already been dispatched, we will be unable to deal with your request(s).

Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is not needed to place an order. However, your email address or mobile number will be needed to place an order, to keep you informed on the status of your order.
